Pause – Atelier dei Sapori at the Loris Malaguzzi International Centre is a research project dedicated to taste and a place, with a Restaurant and a Cafeteria, where the experience with food becomes multi-sensory, creative, and curious. The core of the project is the relationship generated between people, knowledge, taste and experience.
