The project Abitare il Paese (Living the Country) promotes a culture of questions concerning the search for the meaning of the city through a territorial co-design path that involves children and young people from Italian schools, teachers and architects.

The project La Grande Utopia aims to promote a culture of peace by valuing the active role of children and young people, boys and girls, so that their ideas, thoughts, and proposals are heard and shared within the school, family, and community.

E.N.E.R.G.Y.

The project aims to support the learning of children from 0 to 6 years old in the suburbs of Naples and Palermo through innovative educational experiences, promoting the participation of local families and associations

Smart Wooding

Created thanks to Fondazione Manodori's Welfare Call for Proposals and promoted by Cooperativa San Giovanni Bosco,The Smart Wooding project aims to encourage youth entrepreneurship, support exchange and encounters in the Santa Croce neighborhood of Reggio Emilia, to create a space for social inclusion.

P.E.R. Play Explore Research

From the collaboration between the Reggio Children Foundation and The Lego Foundation comes the P.E.R. project, which aims to promote and spread the relationship between play and learning the right to a quality education for all, involving teachers and educators from all over the world in a creative learning path through conferences and experiences in the 5 continents.

Crescere Insieme

The project Crescere Insieme (Growing Together), promoted by Save the Children and Fondazione Reggio Children with the support of Credem, was born with the aim of combating child educational poverty through innovative educational paths in 7 Italian cities.

OASI

The OASI project aims to redevelop the public green area of Bir Ouna in Palestine, through participatory and inclusive processes of local families, young people and schools.

FA.C.E. – Farsi Comunità Educanti

The project FA.C.E aims to increase access to educational services for children aged 0/6 years in order to fight educational poverty in four Italian areas characterised by fragile contexts. It sets up participatory paths and educational services with local institutions and communities.

FARE SCUOLA

The project FARE SCUOLA promotes change in schools by redesigning the spaces intended as learning and relational places. Since 2015, 90 pre-schools and primary schools (children aged 3-11 years old) have been involved to offer new learning opportunities and new ways of doing and thinking about school.

Pause – Atelier dei Sapori

Pause is the research lab of Fondazione Reggio Children dedicated to taste and wellbeing, where the relationship with food, starting from the experience of the kitchens in the Preschools and Infant-toddler Centres of Reggio Emilia, becomes multisensory and creative. The core of the project is the relationship generated between people, knowledge, taste and experience.

Particidade

The Particidade project supports the cooperation between the Municipalities of Reggio Emilia, Pemba and Maputo in Mozambique to design and implement educational proposals addressed to primary school children (aged 5-11 years) as part of a wider process of urban planning and regeneration and professional development.

Flags4Rights – 100 flags for rights

An open-air exhibition of 100 artworks created by children and young people from all over the world installed in the city centre of Reggio Emilia on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.
