    Privacy Notice in compliance with art. 13 of the European Regulation 2016/679


    1. our Foundation will collect and process your personal data including also any images, videos, and photos of you resulting from our existing relationships and as they progress;
    2. we specify herewith for clarity purposes the following definitions given by the European Regulation 2016/679:

    Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;
    Processing: any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction;                                          


    All this being said in compliance with art. 13 of the European Regulation 2016/679

    we inform you

    that the collection and processing of your personal data will be carried out by the Foundation in compliance with the following:                           

    a)  aims: data will be processed to correctly carry out any bureaucratic, commercial, technical tasks and for all the activities generally related to the existing relationships; images, videos and photos can be processed - subject to your prior specific and explicit consent - to create pages of our website, pages on our different social media (e.g. Facebook), videos, publications and CDs/DVDs with educational and/or commercial purposes, and magazines, posters, flyers, and for similar aims;
    b) purposes of analysis for statistical goals: the personal data you provided, including those of a sensitive/particular nature, may also be processed, solely and exclusively subject to your free, optional, specific and explicit consent, to be written at the foot of this document and revocable at any time, for statistical analysis and processing activities; after having given your consent, you are in any case entitled to object, at any time and without charge, to the processing of your data for this purpose;
    c) methods: your data will be processed using both printed and electronic/IT/telematics media in full compliance with legal provisions according to the principles of lawfulness and correctness and in such a way as to protect your privacy;
    d) optional conferral: the conferral of your data and the related consent to use and disclose them is optional and not mandatory;
    e) consequences of a refusal: the refusal to provide your data or the integral objection to their processing could entail the impossibility to continue any commercial or other relationship with our Foundation and/or to participate in the event you registered for; the refusal to the dissemination of images, videos and photos won't have any consequence for you or for the existing relationships with the signatory;
    f) persons or categories of persons to whom personal data may be communicated or disclosed: data can be communicated to third parties only to comply with legal or commercial obligations and to meet your needs; images, videos and photos of you can be disseminated subject to your prior specific and explicit consent in occasion of exhibitions, conferences and other similar events, and for flyers, posters and magazines, videos, publications and CDs/DVDs with educational and/or commercial purposes; for the publication of articles on newspapers and magazines, for our pages on the different social media (e.g. Facebook) or for the website of the Foundation Reggio Children, etc.;
    g) persons authorised to perform processing: your data will be processed solely and exclusively by the duly authorized staff; in particular, by the people working in the departments of administration, publishing - exhibitions - ateliers and communication of our Foundation;
    h) automated decision-making processes (e.g. profiling): there are no automated decision-making processes;
    i) data subject’s rights: you enjoy all the rights guaranteed by the European Regulation 2016/679, including the right to request access to your personal data, to have them rectified or erased, the right to restrict processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
    j) transfers to third countries: any transfers of personal data to third countries outside the European Union or to international organisations will take place on the basis of an adequacy decision by the Commission, or in the case of transfers referred to in Article 46 or 47, or the second subparagraph of Article 49(1), of the European Regulation reference to the appropriate or suitable safeguards;
    k) data storage period: data will be stored for only as long as is strictly necessary to respond to the data subject’s requests or in line with current legislation or with any contractual clauses;
    l) controller: the data controller is Fondazione Reggio Children - Centro Loris Malaguzzi, with registered office in Italy - Reggio Emilia (RE), Via Bligny n. 1/A, in the person of its legal representative in charge;
    m) data protection officer: the data protection officer is Mr. Juri Torreggiani, with registered office in Italy - Reggio Emilia, Via Piccard n. 16/G, tel. +39 0522 301 169, fax +39 0522 387 996: any request for clarifications or information shall be submitted to this data protection officer.                                                  

    This policy may be integrated - orally or in writing - with further elements and indications to better cater for any need relating to further details on “Privacy” and any updating of the regulations on the subject. 


    The undersigned Mr/Ms, whereas the undersigned:

    1. has fully and carefully read and understood the above mentioned policy as indicated in the art. 13 of the Regulation EU 2016/679; 
    2. is perfectly aware of her/his rights; 
    3. acts with greatest possible freedom, free from all outside influences and/or psychological pressure;

    now therefore, she/he hereby gives her/his full consent  

    to the collection and processing of the personal, even sensitive/particular data required for the purposes referred to in the above mentioned policy.


    The undersigned Mr/Ms,


    hereby gives her/his full, specific and explicit consent to the disclosure                                                

    of images, videos and photos with himself/herself required for the purposes referred to in the above mentioned policy. It is understood, here and now, that the undersigned is fully entitled to withdraw this consent at any time, addressing the Controller.


    The undersigned Mr/Ms,

    give her/his full, specific and explicit consent 

    for the purposes set out in point b) of the privacy policy and therefore consent to the collection and processing of my personal data, including those of a sensitive/particular nature, for the analysis and processing activities referred to above, in accordance with the procedures indicated in the privacy policy. It is understood as of now that it is a precise right of the undersigned to revoke this consent at any time by contacting the Data Controller.

    The undersigned states that the authorization to the disclosure of images, videos and photos of himself/herself and of his/her child and/or of his/her minor under guardianship required for the purposes referred to in the above mentioned policy, shall be granted for free and henceforth irrevocably waives every claim.
