Internazionale Kids festival arrives to Reggio Emilia

From may 12 until 14, 2023 is back again the appointment with the first journalism festival for boys and girls

Internazionale Kids is back again this year in Reggio Emilia, the first italian journalism festival for boys and girls of the monthly that every month takes to Italy the best of the international press for female and male readers between 7 and 13 years old, organized by Reggio Emilia’s Municipality, Internazionale and Fondazione Palazzo Magnani.


Starting Friday may 12, for three days the events dedicated to actual events and information: 40 meetings, among shows, conferences, book presentations and proyections, and 24 laboratories.The heart, activism and his themes, from rights to enviroment, always with an open eye on current events. But also music and games, dance, comic book and more in the festival areas, that this year will be 6: added to Chiostri di San Pietro and Palazzo dei Musei will be Cavallerizza theatre and Valli theatre, La Fonderia and the Mapei Stadium – Tricolor City. A rich program of events in a territory, the emilian one, who continues to strive for young education and for promotion of the active citizenship. For the firts time also meetings dedicated to adults.

Remida, the creative recycling center awaits you on sunday may 14 at 11.00 at Musei Civici (C-LAB) with laboratory “Siamo tutti sulla stessa bici: progetta e realizza la grafica di una bicicletta ideale con materiali di scarto.” – by reservation-

How to participate

All festival events are free. Meetings are free access, subject to availability. Online booking is required for laboratories.

All festival areas are devoid of architectural barriers and some events will be translated in the Italian sign language (Isl) for an increasingly accessible festival. It’s possible to consult the program with all details on the web site.
