Together for the future
National coordination meeting of the FA.C.E. Project

Two years after the last national coordination meeting in Teramo, all the national and territorial partners of Fa.C.E.-Farsi Comunità Educanti met online on Wednesday, April 21, for the last National Project Coordination Meeting together with the Lead Partner Fondazione Reggio Children.
A special occasion to imagine together which forms of sustainability and which strategies to implement for the future of early childhood services co-designed in the four territories involved - Naples, Palermo, Reggio Emilia and Teramo - but also to share the emotions and satisfactions, the things learnt and the difficulties that each has encountered along the way.
A journey that has been built around the school, in a relationship of constant dialogue with girls and boys, families, educators and teachers, associations, institutions and local administrations, without ever losing sight of the objective of the project: Becoming Educating Community.

Bici Bus Turbo Pubblico - BIBUTUPU

Carretto persistente dinamico "intruppucoso"

Treno con vagoni
A long train with wagons capable of disassembling and reassembling themselves in ever new ways; or a cart, dynamic, with wheels capable of overcoming any unforeseen occurrence on the way; or a Bikebus that produces electricity thanks to the network of links and relationships of its passengers: these are just some of the images that emerged during the second part of the afternoon, which saw all the participants involved in group activities led by the Fondazione Reggio Children-Centro Loris Malaguzzi’s Online Workshops team to create together - even if at a distance - metaphorical representations to narrate the journey made together with FA.C.E. with an optimistic look towards the future.
The territorial partners present were: the Municipality of Naples, I.C. 70 Marino Santa Rosa, Remida Napoli, the Municipality of Palermo, ICS "Sperone-Pertini"-Palermo, Associazione Cuore che vede, Associazione Nuovamente, Cooperativa Comunità Educante, Non una scuola qualunque Reggio Emilia, the Municipality of Teramo, Istituto Comprensivo Zippilli-Noè Lucidi, Teramo Children, Deposito Dei Segni; and the national partners: Amref Health Africa, Fondazione Collegio Carlo Alberto, Fondazione E35, Gruppo Nazionale Nidi e Infanzia and Reggio Children srl.
The FA.C.E.-Farsi Comunità Educanti project - selected by the social enterprise Con i Bambini as part of the Fund to fight against educational poverty and entrusted to the Lead Partner, Fondazione Reggio Children-Centro Loris Malaguzzi - has engaged since 2018 four difficult contexts on the national territory in Naples, Palermo, Reggio Emilia and Teramo to build places, networks and links that strengthen communities, starting with the promotion of quality education.
