TERRA MADRE: Salone del Gusto 2022 arrives in Turin
From sep. 22th to sep. 26th: atelier and workshop at the Iren stand about Sensazioni and Rigenerazioni (Sensation and Regeneration).

From sept. 22th to sept. 26th arrives Terra Madre – Salone del Gusto 2022 in Parco Dora of Turin!
The Centro Remida Reggio Emilia and PAUSE Atelier dei Sapori will be at the Gruppo Iren stand with different experiences designed to discover the renewal of the discarded materials and the ecological transition throughout the use of the five senses:
Ri-sorso: the regenerated cocktail
Iren group provides Terra Madre visitors an invigorating and rejuvenating taste experience: come and taste Ri-sorso, a cocktail made with the discard of fruit, made by Pause – Atelier dei Sapori.

Sens/azionale atelier
By exploring the language of taste, between unusal recipes and unexpected ingredients, guests can taste vegetables and fruit world by using all the senses: touch, sight, hearing, taste and sound.

Healthy carriers of taste
Nothing is wasted everything is regenerated: Iren in collaboration with Remida promote sustainainability culture at the table by presenting boxes collection for food, made with textile waste material, reuseable and chic.
The healthy carriers of taste are boxes for special kitchen leftovers that not only preserve food but also stories, love and knowledge of those who prepared it.

Pause – Atelier dei Sapori
Pause is the research lab of Fondazione Reggio Children dedicated to taste and wellbeing, where the relationship with food, starting from the experience of the kitchens in the Preschools and Infant-toddler Centres of Reggio Emilia, becomes multisensory and creative. The core of the project is the relationship generated between people, knowledge, taste and experience.

Remida – The Creative Recycling Centre
The Remida Centre in Reggio Emilia is a project and a place where research is conducted on sustainability and creativity starting from industrial waste materials. The Centre is visited every year by more than 6,000 people like teachers, artists, students, administrators and interested people coming from all over the world.
