On 12 May 2026 at Caffarri, a public event-aperitivo with the artist Biishoss
The event will feature Palestinian artist Mohammed Hadia, offering an opportunity to explore the relationship between art, sustainability, and collective memory, as well as the dialogue between tradition and contemporary practices.
On Tuesday 12 May, from 6.30 to 8.00 p.m., at Remida, Via Gioia 4, Reggio Emilia, “The Colours of Resistance” will take place: a public event open to the city with Palestinian artist Mohammed Hadia, founder of Biishoss Store, a project dedicated to promoting ethical, participatory fashion deeply rooted in the Palestinian context.
Accompanied by an aperitivo, the event aims to create a space for dialogue and exchange, giving voice to a Palestine that resists through art and the recovery of traditional knowledge, used as tools for testimony and transformation.
Through the use of natural dyes and eco-friendly production processes, Biishoss explores the relationship between sustainability, collective memory, and artistic practice. Each project is based on in-depth research and a direct dialogue with its social and geographical context, transforming the act of dressing into a conscious and symbolic gesture.
