Universal Civil Service 2024

For the fourth year, Fondazione Reggio Children joins the program with the project "FOR COMMUNITY' EDUCATORS - Participation, Ecology, Resilience for educational communities" through the design and conduct of innovative educational proposals on the territory of Reggio Emilia.

The activities will take place at the offices of Fondazione Reggio Children, PAUSE Atelier dei Sapori and Centro Remida Reggio Emilia. Divided into three different entities, the volunteers will be involved in activities to support the management of activities and projects, communication and dissemination of initiatives and project results, the design of new activities through participation in calls for proposals.


The civil servants will be associated with the staff and involved in different activities, depending on the specification of the entity. In particular:

PROJECT REMIDA

• Supporting the management of the network of Remida Centres (organization of an annual meeting with the Remida Italiani centres, regular contacts with the various centres by e-mail, newsletter and WhatsApp, possible participation in events and initiatives proposed by the centres of the Remida network)
  

• Support management of waste materials (from arrival to exhibition and distribution)
  

• Relations with companies (maintaining contacts with companies that collaborate or would like to collaborate with Remida)
  

• Support for the implementation of workshops (preparation phase, setting up of contexts)
  

• Participation in calls (contribute to the drafting of proposals in response to local, national and international calls on sustainability and education)
  
  
  PAUSE PROJECT - WORKSHOP OF FLAVOURS

• Support management and planning of Pause activities and projects and administrative management

•  support Communication and dissemination of project activities and results (participation in working groups aimed at planning and updating activities; meetings with potential customers and suppliers, and project partners; Support in the development of tools for planning and evaluation of implementation processes of the Pause project; participation in working groups for communication of the B2B and B2C Pause project)

• Participation in new project activities, either through the partner network or through calls
  
  
  EDUCATIONAL DESIGN SERVICE
  
  
• Support management of the activities and projects of Fondazione Reggio Children, also at administrative level

• Support for communication and dissemination of initiatives and project results (creation of dissemination materials - online and offline - management of the contact database, management and archiving of photo/video documentation)

• Participation in the research of local, national and international calls for proposals in the field of education and in the drafting of proposals in response to these calls, also in collaboration with partners

• Preparation of communication contexts for events and meetings promoted by the Foundation
