The 100 languages of the atelier and research: Friday, September 27 appointment with the Night of Research

On the occasion of the Night of Research 2024, from 16.30 to 19.30 the International Center Loris Malaguzzi and the Ex Mangimificio Caffarri open their spaces to children and children, boys and young people, teachers, educators, researchers, tourists, citizens, curious people of all ages and all those who know and want to be amazed for an afternoon between research and atelier.

Workshops and exhibitions

Free visit to the exhibitions and workshops of the International Loris Malaguzzi Center and possibility to experience:

• Finestre d'Atelier - dialogues between languages, curated by the Reggio Children’s studio artists, a dialogue between Atelier Digital Landscapes, Bulb - Light Drawings, Atelier I linguaggi dei ingranaggi and Atelier Forme sensibili,
• Atelier I linguaggi del cibo with the chefs and studio-makers of Pause - Atelier dei Sapori, an itinerant workshop within the research contexts of Pause on the languages of taste.

Guided tour of the exhibition "A fantastic combination - Gianni Rodari and Reggio Emilia"

Upon registration, guided tour with the curators of the exhibition that will accompany the visit.

An afternoon of meetings, workshops and visits to the new spaces of Fondazione Reggio Children and Remida, where research and actions of children and adults are intertwined and building together with the identity of the place.

Researchers of all ages tell their stories by answering questions, sharing research and visions, opening themselves to comparison.

An atmosphere of play, in the idea that the desire for knowledge and learning are paths to build together day by day.

In collaboration with the PhD of industrial research in Reggio Childhood Studies - Unimore 

 "The 100 languages of the atelier and research" is part of the program of Unimore - Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia.

On the occasion of the Night of Research, at Capannone #15C of the Reggiane Parco Innovazione, will be held the workshop "Discovering Exciite: a multilingual HUB for European teachers": an opportunity to explore the multilingual hub of the European project EXCIITE (Enabling eXtremely Creative, Inclusive, Inspiring Teachers for Europe) that its main objective is to support schools and teachers in creating stimulating and inclusive learning environments. The hub offers teachers the opportunity to become part of a European teacher community and access a wide range of educational and vocational training resources.
