Second international meeting of the Widespread School

"Widespread School - teaching outside the classroom" is an Erasmus+ project funded by the European Union with the aim of improving the quality of primary and secondary education in 4 European countries - Italy, Spain, Finland and Croatia - from the experience of Scuola Diffusa in Reggio Emilia.

The two days of meetings were an opportunity for partners to get to know the local context of Girona and start working on the coDesign of a toolkit of educational tools that will be made available to teachers and educators who wish to initiate educational proposals inspired by the Education Outside the Classroom approach.

The project, launched last September, sees as its leader the Municipality of Reggio Emilia with the support of the E35 Foundation and the Educational Workshop of the Municipality of Reggio nell'Emilia together with partners Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia, University of Girona, Fondazione Reggio Children - Centro Loris Malaguzzi, Saunalahti School (Espoo - Finland), City of Zadar (Croatia) and Carme Auguet School in Girona.
