FUORIREMIDA: an afternoon to discover the qualities of matter
On 30 September outdoor activities and readings to enhance waste materials
On Saturday, September 30 in Reggio Emilia comes FUORIREMIDA, an afternoon of celebration open to everyone to know the materials and let them out, exchange books and live in the park.
It is held on Saturday, September 30, 2023, from 15 to 18, at the Remida - Creative recycling center of via Verdi 24 in Reggio Emilia "Fuoriremida", an opportunity open to all citizens to experiment and take care of objects and materials, Saved from disposal.
It will be an afternoon of celebration open to all to know the materials and let them out, exchange books and live in the park. An invitation to take care of objects intended for disposal, unfinished materials, unexpected quality of the matter. From furniture to textiles, from wood and cardboard scraps to small plastic items.
An occasion of ecological sensitivity starting from the approach of Remida - a project by Istituto Scuole e Nidi d'Infanzia of the Municipality of Reggio Emilia with Iren and Fondazione Reggio Children - which since 1996 promotes the valorization of waste material and a solidary thinking, collective, with the city and communities.
In case of bad weather the event will be postponed to the following Saturday.
The materials will also be available to organisations, associations, schools and individuals who do not have a membership card.
