CIRFOOD signs agreement with Pause Atelier dei Sapori to manage catering at the Malaguzzi Centre

Starting in March, CIRFOOD manages the catering service inside the Loris Malaguzzi International Centre in Reggio Emilia and, in particular, the cafeteria and restaurant that make up the offer of Pause Atelier dei Sapori.

An integrated proposal that will be strengthened by CIRFOOD's many years of experience in this field and aimed at hosting breakfasts, lunches, banquets and corporate dinners, also with the possibility of take-away and delivery service.

The move follows the expression of interest in the leasing of the catering business unit of Pause Atelier dei Sapori srl, wholly owned by Fondazione Reggio Children - Centro Malaguzzi - ETS.

 "With this business operation, Pause transfers the most commercial part of the catering and cafeteria activities that have always been managed at the Loris Malaguzzi International Centre to an important company, not only in the area, with a view to enhancing the offer - comments Carla Rinaldi, legal representative pro tempore and president of Pause - The work dedicated by Pause to experimentation and innovation in taste remains fully in line with the mission of the Reggio Children Foundation as a fundamental area of research, linked to the education and know-how of nurseries and preschools, to build and research a quality of relationship with the environment and nature".

The staff hired by Pause Atelier dei Sapori has remained with the management of CIRFOOD, preserving the continuity of employment and giving value to the commitment lavished over the years by the resources that have given life to this important catering project.
