Mission to Senegal for the Dakar Reve project
A delegation from Reggio Emilia travelled to Senegal as part of the Dakar Reve project for a week of meetings, dialogues and in-depth discussions with institutions, associations, educational centres, headmasters and high school representatives from the various municipalities of the city of Dakar.

Let's build a community with the inhabitants of Reggiane Innovation Park
The last of the three appointments of the community-building path promoted by the Municipality of Reggio Emilia together with Fondazione Reggio Childre , with the aim of getting to know the people who inhabit the Reggiane Innovation Park on a daily basis and creating fertile ground for the emergence of future collaborations, ideas, possibilities between research organisations, companies, and resident partners.

‘Sustainability is creating good connections": four days dedicated to sustainability, including public meetings with experts from different disciplines for an open discussion with the city and a final Sunday party to conclude the Regenerations project.

ReuseMed project closing event in Spain
The final meeting of the European Reusemed Project was held in Cordoba, Spain in the presence of all partners from Jordan, Italy, Spain and Tunisia. An opportunity to share the objectives and results achieved in the four Mediterranean municipalities involved in the implementation and promotion of the culture of re-use.

Signing of the Declaration of Intent between MAECI and Fondazione Reggio Children
A Declaration of Intent between MAECI and Fondazione Reggio Children was signed at the Loris Malaguzzi International Centre in Reggio Emilia, in the presence of the Councillor for Education and the University City, Raffaella Curioni, with the aim of promoting cooperation in the promotion of Italian language and culture and the right to education.

A feast of flavours, colours, smiles the inauguration day of the upgraded rooms of Spazio Mamme inside Save the Children Italy's Punto Luce in the Zen 2 neighbourhood of Palermo, created as part of the Crescere Insieme (Growing Together) project promoted by Save the Children Italy and Fondazione Reggio Children thanks to the will and support of Credem Banca.

Actress Barbara Ronci was awarded the Simplex Sigillum Veri for her performance as Marianna Padovan in Marco Bellocchio's film Rapito (2023), as part of the Doctorate in Reggio Childhood Studies.

Graduation ceremony of the first four doctors of the Reggio Childhood Studies Course
In the setting of the Sala del Tricolore (Tricolour Hall) in Reggio Emilia, the graduation celebration of the first four PhDs in ‘Reggio Childhood Studies’, the Industrial Doctorate Course launched in 2018 ago by the Department of Education and Human Sciences DESU of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia and Fondazione Reggio Children, was held. The morning was also an opportunity to welcome the 13 new researchers of the XXXIX Doctorate cycle.

Launch event of the P.E.R Play Explore Research project in Reggio Emilia
In a two-day event, the new project of Fondazione Reggio Children with the support of The LEGO Foundation, P.E.R. Play Explore Research, was officially presented at the Loris Malaguzzi International Centre: a world tour to promote the relationship between play and learning that started from Reggio Emilia, with the first of 7 international conferences to be held in the 5 continents.

Presentation of the ‘diStanze in Gioco’ project to the Penitentiary Institutes of Reggio Emilia
The research-intervention project set up to foster the relationship between detained parents and their children brought together the scientific criminological expertise of UNIMORE and the educational experience of Fondazione Reggio Children, starting with the redevelopment of the space dedicated to the meetings of detainees with their families and children.
